Introduced in 1973 to the US market the XR75 arrived in the UK during 1976. Featuring a 4-stroke engine with a 4-speed manual clutch transmission the XR75 soon became popular with budding junior off-road riders.

Replacing the XR75, the XR80 arrived in the US during 1979 and later in the UK in 1982. Many cosmetic changes appeared during the years making this model popular with junior off-road riders as well as an adult pit bike!

XR200R

As an upgrade to the dual-shock XR200, in 1981 came this pro-link rear suspension 'R' model. From 1984 the engine was enhanced to a RFVC type with twin carbs and twin exhaust pipes.

Introduced to the US market in 1981 the XR250R with pro-link rear suspension replaced the dual-shock XR250 model. A front disc brake was added from 1984 and a rear disc brake from 1990. Many cosmetic changes enhanced the model through the years. The XR250R first appeared in the UK during 1985

Featuring the new 4-valve RFVC engine design the XR350R with pro-link rear suspension arrived in the US and the UK during 1983. For the 1984 and 1985 models a front disc brake was introduced.
